Eyepiece is an optical device used to observe images or objects in optical instruments. In microscopes and telescopes, eyepieces play a crucial role, each with different designs and functions.

Various forms of eyepiece products can be designed using CAXCAD.

1. Microscope Eyepiece:

   - Microscope is an optical instrument used to magnify tiny objects, commonly used in fields such as biology, medicine, and material science.

   - The eyepiece of a microscope is located at the top of the eyepiece tube, usually consisting of a set of double convex lenses. They magnify details in the sample and project the image to the observer's eye position.

   - The magnification of microscope eyepieces is usually fixed, but the total magnification can be changed by replacing eyepieces with different magnifications.

2. Telescope Eyepiece:

   - Telescope is an optical instrument used to observe distant objects, commonly used in astronomy, birdwatching, etc.

   - The eyepiece of a telescope is usually located at one end of the telescope tube, serving as the magnifier of the image seen by the observer. They focus light onto the observer's eye through lenses or mirrors, making distant objects appear clearer and enlarged.

   - Telescope eyepieces are characterized by higher magnification, and the magnification can usually be changed by adjusting the eyepiece's focal length or replacing it with different eyepieces.

Microscope eyepieces and telescope eyepieces have some differences in design and function, but they are both optical devices used to observe objects, providing magnified and clear images.
