Successful cases of CAXCAD in glass optimization

In October 2022, CAXCAD's optical design software successfully utilized its material optimization function to complete the design of a medical confocal microscope tube lens. The optimized material used CDGM glass material from China's Chengdu Glass CDGM, optimizing the chromatic aberration of the lens from 400 to 2000nm to the diffraction limit. In January 2023, the lens product designed by CAXCAD was delivered to Beijing Institute of Technology and passed the testing and acceptance smoothly.

In December 2022, CAXCAD joined the meta-surface surface type, supporting phase modulation of meta-surfaces and achieving fast optimization design of meta-surfaces.
